For those who are coming for the wednesday,17JUNE{WWW},pls come to the chalet at 12.45pm and we will be leaving the chalet at 1pm.therefore if you come later than 1pm go straight to WWW to find us (: pls call us if you are going straight there (: swimming costume/dark coloured clothes are recommended(:
Btw for those who are coming for the BBQ you all may wan to wear whatever you like but pls bring along the class tee if you have (: those staying over night might wan to bring extra clothes for the over night stay(:

Revised Advertisement for Class Chalet

Hey R5ians!

So, I know this is kind of late but TanYing the most awesome person on Earth was able to book a chalet for us at downtown east {resort downtown east}! :D

Anway, we'll be having a chalet-cum-BBQ from 16 June 09 to 18 June 09.

The BBQ will be held on 16 June and we would appreciate it if you guys could bring $10 on that day so that we can buy food for the BBQ. The actual amount to pay might be less than that if we can find a kind sponsor to subsidise the rate.
HIHS kids should pay TANIA the money latest by friday. If you suddenly decide you want to go after the end of the term, please bring along your money on the day itself. All others should also bring along the money on that day.

If you are simply coming for the chalet and not the BBQ, YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY. But remember to bring along enough money for your meals (about 3 whole days) since it will not be provided. Bringing tidbits or instant noodles is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The chalet will be a 3 day 2 night affair and we will be going to the venue as a class (TanYing will be leading the way). Going there by yourself is also fine but make sure to inform someone first. Departure time is to be confirmed. Keep checking this blog for updates.

The first day will basically getting ready for the BBQ. If you want, you can bring extra clothes, just in case.

For the second day (17 June), we will be heading to WildWildWet so remember to bring along your swimsuit or a dark-coloured shirt. NO WHITE PLEASE. We don't want you guys to end up on the news! XD

The third day will be spent packing up and we will leave at around 2pm on 18 June 09.

We would REALLY love it if you guys could pass the message along. SPAM if you have to. Your support is what makes a class chalet FUN! Do you know how pathetic it is to have only 7 people at a chalet? We probably won't be having another chalet soon so PLEASE TURN UP.

If you decide that you can make it, RSVP with TANYING or KIMBERLY.

Summary
Class chalet will be from 16-18 June 09 @ Costa Sands Resort Downtown East (Room 1803; 1 Pasir Ris Close, Singapore 519599) & we will likely be going there as a group. BBQ on first day (bring $10), WildWildWet ($15.50/person) on 2nd, pack up on 3rd. Bring sufficient cash for food & etc. Book out @ 2pm on 18 June. Tell as many people as possible.
